In continuance of its tradition of – ‘Determined’ growth through innovation; ‘Balance’ needs of businesses with full responsibility; and ‘Honestly’ take decisions that benefit all stakeholders, DBH recently disinvested its stake in Melior Motion Gmbh (MMG).
MMG is a top-class company engaged in the business of manufacture of precision gearboxes with applications in industrial robotics and it was sold to multi-billion Euro enterprise Schaeffler Group, Germany. The acquisition of MMG reflects the quality of the highly successful business created by DBH and is the manifestation of the vision of Mr Karan Thapar to incubate, nurture and manage businesses in the Industrial Engineering space.
