Premium Transmission Pvt. Ltd.
PTPL strives to empower and encourage underprivileged girls by participating in its industrial activities and actively providing them opportunities to work across all functions. The aim is to promote education, vocational skills, employability, gender equality and economic empowerment.
Through the Premium SWATI program, conducted in collaboration with Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune, a total of 110 girls have successfully graduated, achieving a remarkable 100% job placement rate at our plants and other facilities. We are currently providing full sponsorship to 25 female students each year, and we have ambitious plans to expand the program. This expansion includes increasing the batch size, enhancing the curriculum, and implementing the SWATI Program nationwide, among other initiatives.

Our flagship program, DEEP (Development, Education, Empowerment, Progress), in collaboration with Yuvashakti Foundation, has effectively upskilled 157 youths hailing from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. This initiative has facilitated their access to improved education and job prospects within our facility. Additionally, we have assisted 45 girls from villages in the Aurangabad District in achieving economic independence, aligning with the objectives of the National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) initiated by the Central government.

Aravali Sports and Culture
Aravali Sports and Culture played a pivotal role in inaugurating the ‘Little Master Caddie Tournament’ for underprivileged youth in 2018. The program extended its support to a promising young player named Shubham Jaglan, providing him with a monthly stipend along with covering all expenses related to his golf events and travel. Shubham Jaglan went on to become India's leading Junior and Amateur golfer. Currently, he is pursuing his education in the United States, having secured a full golf scholarship from the University of South Florida.
In addition, Aravali Sports & Culture played a significant role in the establishment of the Little Master Junior Golf Tour in 2012. This support encompassed advertising, financial backing, and trophy sponsorship throughout the tour's inaugural year. As the tour commemorates its 10th anniversary, Aravali Polo has recently joined as a sponsor, contributing to the success of the Tour Championship 2023.
